Creative Choir
So many of us are struggling with something but we soldier on with life. It is important to have safe spaces where we can share our vulnerability and realise that we are not alone. In the Creative Choir we do that and there is a unique bonding that happens when we open our hearts and see each other as equals.
I hold the space to pivot the pain into our deep longings. Then we co-create the medicine for our pain using music words and creative collaboration. The whole process is very joyful and fun, creative and uplifting. Each person gets to walk away with a song that theyā€™ve created that they can then use for future encouragement.
